We are experiencing an issue with my HP printer. It was printing in color normally, but it has suddenly stopped printing color documents and now only prints in black and white. The color cartridges appear to be installed correctly, and there are no error messages displayed on the printer. We have checked the print settings to make sure color printing is enabled, but the issue persists. We have also tried restarting the printer and computer.
