Why Some PACI Kuwait Visits Take 15 Minutes While Others Take Hours (6 views)

Something I’ve noticed after hearing different experiences from residents in Kuwait is that PACI visits can be completely unpredictable. Some people finish their work in under 20 minutes, while others end up waiting for hours even when visiting the same branch.
At first I thought the difference was mainly due to the type of service, but timing seems to play a much bigger role than most people realize.
For example, crowd levels can increase very quickly once the main rush begins. A person arriving slightly earlier may get processed smoothly, while someone coming later could face long queues and delayed token movement.
A few factors that probably affect the overall experience:
Peak arrival hours during the day
Branch-specific crowd management
Public holidays or post-weekend backlog
Civil ID renewal and collection demand
Delays caused by incomplete paperwork from visitors
After dealing with long waiting times myself, I started checking updated paci timing information before planning any visit. It helped me better understand how different service sessions operate and which hours are usually more manageable.
I’m curious whether others here have noticed certain branches being consistently faster, or if the experience mostly depends on daily crowd conditions.
