I&rsquo;m planning to self-publish my first book and I&rsquo;ve heard a lot about Ingram book publishing but I&rsquo;m not sure where to start. Has anyone here used Ingram before? Are there any good services or professionals you&rsquo;d recommend to help me with formatting, uploading, or distribution? Any tips or advice would be really appreciated!
