Im ready to start learning programming but my Windows setup keeps causing problems. I spend more time trublesgooting software and configurations than actually codding. Has anyone had this expierence and can share tips for setting up Windows for beginners?

When i first tried programming, i kept hitting walls because myb Windows setup seemed determined to make everything complicated.
