My car has 50,000 km but feels older because of where I drive (6 อ่าน)

I work as a buyer in the Sharjah wholesale market, so my car is in and out of that chaos daily. It doesn't have super high mileage, only about 50,000 km over a couple of years, but it feels worn out in ways I don't expect. The suspension feels loose, the brakes seem soft, and it just doesn't drive like a car with relatively low kilometers should. A mechanic who services our work vehicles explained the effects of dense business areas on vehicles and it finally made sense. He shared an article that detailed how constant slow-speed maneuvering, frequent stopping, and navigating narrow, bumpy roads in commercial zones puts unique stress on components. Things like suspension bushings wear faster from all the sharp turns and speed bumps, brake pads degrade from constant stop-start, and dust from warehouses clogs filters long before the service interval. It's not the distance, it's the conditions. Anyone else here drive mainly in busy commercial zones and notice their car aging faster than the odometer suggests?
