Are Dating Push Ads actually working lately? (7 อ่าน)

Lately I’ve been noticing more people in marketing groups talking about push traffic for dating offers. A few months ago it felt like everyone was focused on native or social ads, but now the conversation seems to keep circling back to push notifications. It made me curious. Are Dating Push Ads actually working better right now, or is it just another short term trend people are chasing?
One thing that always held me back from trying push traffic seriously was the concern about quality. I kept hearing mixed opinions. Some people said the clicks were cheap but the users didn’t convert well. Others claimed they were getting steady sign ups for dating sites with pretty simple creatives. So I wasn’t sure if it was worth testing or just another traffic source that looks good on paper.
Out of curiosity I ran a small test campaign for a dating landing page. Nothing complicated. A few short messages, simple images, and basic targeting. What surprised me was how quickly the campaign started getting clicks. Push notifications feel a bit more direct compared to traditional banner ads, so people tend to notice them faster. That alone made the test interesting.
That said, it wasn’t perfect. Some creatives barely moved the needle, and a few audiences didn’t respond at all. But when the message felt natural and curiosity driven, the engagement improved a lot. It seems like dating offers fit push ads pretty well because people are already used to quick, attention grabbing notifications on their phones.
My takeaway so far is that push ads are not magic, but they are definitely worth experimenting with if you promote dating platforms. Small tests, simple creatives, and patient tweaking seemed to work better than trying to over optimize everything from day one.
Curious if anyone else here has been testing push traffic for dating campaigns lately. What kind of results are you seeing?
