My battery keeps dying every summer what am I doing wrong exactly? (9 อ่าน)

I feel like I'm going crazy here. I've lived in Abu Dhabi for about four years now and I'm on my fifth battery. Yes, fifth. Every single summer, right around July or August, my car either struggles to start or just gives up completely. I drive a 2016 Nissan Sunny, nothing fancy, and I don't even drive that much honestly. Mostly short trips to the supermarket and dropping my kids to school. Someone told me that short trips don't give the battery enough time to recharge properly, especially with the AC blasting full power all the time. That made sense to me. But then another person said the heat itself is what kills batteries here no matter what you do. So which one is it? I'm tired of spending money on this. I started looking around online for practical advice that doesn't require me to become a mechanic or buy expensive tools. I just want simple things I can actually do. I came across some useful information about how to extend car battery life UAE that mentioned things like parking in the shade whenever possible, cleaning corrosion off the terminals with basic baking soda, and even taking the car for a longer drive once a week to let the battery fully charge. These sound easy enough. But I'm wondering if anyone here has tried these little tricks and actually seen a difference. How much longer did your battery last after you started doing them? Also, is there anything else that works that most people don't think about? I really don't want to be shopping for another battery next summer.
