My garage storage is a disaster stuff keeps getting dusty and damaged (4 อ่าน)

I've got a bunch of things sitting in my garage in Al Nahda old kids toys, some camping gear, extra car parts, and a few boxes of winter clothes that I only use when I travel. The problem is that every time I go to grab something, it's covered in dust or has little marks from other things rubbing against it. I tried covering everything with old bedsheets, but that didn't really help much. A neighbor told me that I should focus on Practical solutions for handling goods safely Smart ideas for protecting stored items , especially if I plan on keeping things for more than a few months. That made me realize I've been pretty lazy about this whole storage situation. I found a website that talked about plastic crates for logistics and storage in the UAE, and it showed how using sealed containers with proper lids can keep dust and moisture out completely. Right now I'm using a mix of open cardboard boxes and random plastic bags, which is probably why everything gets so dirty. I'm thinking about buying a set of stackable crates with tight fitting lids so I can organize things by category and actually see what I have without digging through piles. For people who store stuff long term at home, what do you wish you had done differently from the start? Is there a certain size or type of container that works best for general household storage? I don't want to spend a ton of money but I'm tired of finding my camping stove covered in dust every single time I want to go on a trip.
