Hi, one of the most poignant and lovely memories of my life was my first trip overseas with my grandparents. To make sure everything was ready for our trip, we went to the Allegiant Air Office in McAllen, USA. Since it was their first flight, my grandparents had a lot of questions, and the crew was really patient with them. They provided extremely basic explanations of the flight procedure, baggage information, and even minor issues like boarding procedures. I saw a mixture of anxiety and excitement in their eyes during the trip, yet everything went without a hitch. The entire journey seemed priceless when you could see them grinning while gazing out of the plane window.
