I’ve been struggling with my pricing strategy lately because I’m worried about how a potential VAT increase impact pricing for my jewelry and watches. If I raise my prices the moment the tax goes up, will I scare off my loyal followers?

Or is it better to absorb the cost temporarily to maintain a premium brand image? I want my business to be beyond reproach and fair to my customers. I’m inquisitive to know how you guys handle the math—do you use a specific formula to adjust your MSRP when tax rates climb?
