<p data-start="156" data-end="310">This helmet helps you stun monsters faster. But right now, people don&rsquo;t stun much in the game. So, it isn&rsquo;t very useful yet. It&rsquo;s cheap but not very good.

<h2 data-start="312" data-end="347">2. <em data-start="318" data-end="340">Heart of the Council Helm</h2>
<p data-start="348" data-end="589">This helmet gives extra lightning damage based on your mana. It only works for attack builds, not spell builds. But attack builds usually don&rsquo;t have much mana. So, it&rsquo;s hard to use it well. It&rsquo;s a bit expensive and not great for most people.

<h2 data-start="591" data-end="620">3. <em data-start="597" data-end="614">Lioneye&rsquo;s Glare Bow</h2>
<p data-start="621" data-end="815">This bow boosts your accuracy and attack speed and adds a new dodge style. But the effect is very small. It is more for style than power. It might help a little in maps, but it&rsquo;s not worth much.

<h2 data-start="817" data-end="850">4. <em data-start="823" data-end="841">Darkthorn&rsquo;s Axis Quiver</h2>
<p data-start="851" data-end="1056">This quiver gives you a skill that shoots a poison toad. It's a fun idea, but poison isn&rsquo;t strong right now. The quiver doesn&rsquo;t give much power. It&rsquo;s more fun than strong, so not great for a serious build.

<h2 data-start="1058" data-end="1088">5. <em data-start="1064" data-end="1077">Last Lament Crossbow</h2>
<p data-start="1089" data-end="1346">This crossbow gives physical damage, speed, and a chance not to consume your last bolt. That fixes a reload problem! But it doesn&rsquo;t raise your skill level or crit chance. It&rsquo;s good quality of life, but not a big power boost. Nice fun item, but not top-tier.

<h2 data-start="1348" data-end="1375">6. <em data-start="1354" data-end="1367">Ice-Whisper Staff</h2>
<p data-start="1376" data-end="1617">This staff gives you a cold storm skill that slows enemies and does area damage. It also adds spell power and intelligence. But you lose your focus (an important item slot). So the boost is small. It&rsquo;s neat, but not better than other staffs.

<h2 data-start="1619" data-end="1653">7. <em data-start="1625" data-end="1644">Kadiro&rsquo;s Calculus Quiver</h2>
<p data-start="1654" data-end="1878">This quiver can make your arrows split into chains, do more crit damage, and make items drop more rare. But it needs a very strong character to work well. It&rsquo;s expensive and risky. It&rsquo;s fun for high-end players but not easy.

<h2 data-start="1880" data-end="1909">8. <em data-start="1886" data-end="1901">Adonia&rsquo;s Self Staff</h2>
<p data-start="1910" data-end="2118">This staff gives you more power when you use charges, giving extra elemental damage and mana. It&rsquo;s a cool idea with charges and element effects, but it needs a special build. Not very strong for most players.

<h2 data-start="2120" data-end="2149">9. <em data-start="2126" data-end="2142">Dreamer&rsquo;s Palm Wand</h2>
<p data-start="2150" data-end="2448">This wand gives extra chaos damage and chaos damage scaling with map level. When enemies die, a strong chaos explosion happens. It&rsquo;s also good for spirit and can be a main or off-hand item. This is the strongest, best of the new items. Very powerful and fun for chaos builds&mdash;but rare and expensive.
