Just wondering—has anyone here made the switch from a big-name national insurer (like GEICO, Progressive, or State Farm) to a local or regional insurance provider and actually saved a decent amount?

I’ve been with a national brand for years mostly out of convenience, but my premiums keep creeping up even though I haven’t had any recent claims. A buddy of mine said he saved over $50/month just by switching to a smaller company that focuses on Tennessee drivers.
